摘要
目的探讨半夏泻心汤内服对胃溃疡患者的临床疗效观察。方法选取自2018年4月至2019年4月于北京市白云观中医诊所中医科接受治疗的胃溃疡患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用常规三联药物治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上联合半夏泻心汤内服治疗方案,观察两组患者治疗前后幽门螺杆菌感染根除率、中医症候评分及临床有效率变化情况。结果经临床治疗后,试验组幽门螺杆菌根除率93.33%,中医症候评分(8.43±2.36)分,临床有效率90.00%;对照组幽门螺杆菌根除率83.33%,中医症候评分(17.15±2.54)分,临床有效率70.00%,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡患者在常规三联药物治疗基础上加服半夏泻心汤可有效改善胃黏膜修复效果,抑制炎症进展及胃酸分泌,显著提高幽门螺杆菌感染根除率,减轻因胃酸对病灶区烧灼而出现的胃痛、反酸、嗳气、恶心等不适症状,理气和中,疏肝调脾,平调寒热,消痞散结,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of banxia xiexin decoction on gastric ulcer.Methods Sixty patients with gastric ulcer treated in the department of traditional Chinese medicine,Baiyunguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic in Beijing from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.The control group(30 cases)was treated with routine triple drug therapy,and the experimental group(30 cases)was treated with banxia xiexin decoction on the basis of the control group.The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori infection,the score of TCM symptoms and the clinical efficiency of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,the experimental group Helicobacter pylori eradication rate was 93.33%,TCM syndrome score(8.43±2.36)points,and the clinical effective rate was 90.00%;the control group Helicobacter pylori eradication rate was 83.33%,TCM syndrome score(17.15±2.54)points,the clinical effective rate was 70.00%,and the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia xiexin decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of stomach pain,acid reflux,belching,nausea and other discomforts in patients with gastric ulcer on the basis of routine triple drug therapy.It has excellent clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
