摘要
针对乙烯原料日益短缺和碳四过剩的问题,利用小型蒸汽裂解模拟实验装置对轻烃-碳四混合原料进行裂解性能研究,考察了在SC-1型裂解炉中碳四掺入量及工艺参数对目的产物三烯(乙烯+丙烯+丁二烯)收率的影响。结果表明,混合原料中碳四最佳掺入量(w)为10%~20%,适宜的裂解温度为840~850℃,稀释比(去离子水与原料油的质量比)为0.5,在此条件下,乙烯收率为30.19%~31.87%,丙烯收率为16.57%~18.20%,三烯收率为53.60%~53.77%,可见碳四与轻烃共裂解既扩大了乙烯原料来源,又提高了碳四产品附加值。
In view of the shortage of ethylene feedstock and C_(4) excess in refinery,the pyrolysis performance of light hydrocarbon and refinery C_(4) feedstock was studied by using a small steam pyrolysis simulation experimental device.The effect of C_(4) addition and process parameters on the yield of triene(ethylene+propylene+butadiene,the same below)in SC-1 pyrolysis furnace was investigated.The experimental results show that the optimum mass fraction of C_(4) is 10%—20%,the suitable pyrolysis temperature is 840—850℃,and the dilution ratio(mass ratio of deionized water to feed oil)is 0.5,the yield of ethylene is 30.19%—31.87%,the yield of propylene is 16.57%—18.20%,and the yield of triene is 53.60%—53.77%,respectively.It can be seen that the co-pyrolysis of C_(4) and light hydrocarbon not only expands the feed source of ethylene,but also increases the added value of C_(4) products.
