摘要
目的探讨延续护理对鼻咽癌放疗患者功能锻炼依从性的效果研究。方法将92例行放射治疗符合纳入标准的鼻咽癌患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组46例采用常规护理,观察组46例采用延续护理,比较两组患者功能锻炼的依从性及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组功能锻炼的依从性为97.83%,高于对照组78.26%,P <0.05;观察组不良反应发生率26.09%,低于对照73.91%,P <0.05。结论延续护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者功能锻炼的依从性的效果明确,且能够降低其不良反应,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of continued nursing on the compliance of functional exercises in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods Ninety-two patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who had received radiotherapy and met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group 46 cases used conventional nursing,and the observation group 46 cases used continuous nursing.The functional exercise compliance of the two groups was compared.The occurrence of sexual and adverse reactions.Results The compliance with functional exercise in the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 78.26%in the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 26.09%,which was lower than the control 73.91%,P<0.05.Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention has a clear effect on the compliance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy for functional exercise,and can reduce its adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
