摘要
为优化电石渣稳定土的组成及配比,有效提升其路用性能及电石渣等废弃资源的循环利用水平。通过击实试验确定了不同电石渣剂量稳定土的最佳含水量及最大干密度,系统研究了压实度对电石渣稳定土7 d无侧限抗压强度的影响,明确了不同土样的最佳电石渣剂量,同时探究了土质塑性指数、黏粒含量及胶体活动性指数对最佳电石渣剂量的影响规律。结果表明:电石渣稳定土7 d无侧限抗压强度能够达到石灰稳定材料规范要求;土质塑性指数越大,则黏粒含量越多,但二者并非线性关系;黏粒含量、塑性指数和胶体活动性指数与最佳电石渣剂量均呈较好的线性关系,但胶体活动性指数的相关性最好,因此可用于电石渣稳定土最佳电石渣剂量的预估分析。
In order to optimize the composition and ratio of calcium carbide slag stabilized soil,the pavement performance and the recycling level of calcium carbide slag and other waste resources can be improved effectively.The optimum moisture content and maximum dry density of stabilized soil with different calcium carbide slag dose were determined by compaction test.The influence of compactness on unconfined compressive strength of calcium carbide slag stabilized soil for 7 d was studied systematically.The optimal cacium carbide slag dose of different soil samples was determined,and the influence of soil plasticity index,clay content and colloidal activity index on the optimal calcium carbide slag dose was investigated.The results show that the unconfined compressive strength of calcium carbide slag stabilized soil for 7 days can meet the requirements of lime stabilized material specification.The greater the plasticity index is,the greater the clay content will be,but the relationship between them is not linear.The viscosity,plasticity index and colloidal activity index had a good linear relationship with the optimal calcium carbide slag dose,but the colloidal activity index had the best correlation.Therefore,it can be used to predict and analyze the optimal calcium carbide slag dose of calcium carbide slag stabilized soil.
