海上疏松砂岩水力喷砂压裂后防砂完井研究

摘要 海上油气田开发逐渐进入中后期,追求油井产能贡献已经列入提高采收率的行动计划方案,渤海油田已经尝试水力压裂对疏松砂岩油气藏进行改造,面对疏松砂岩油气藏生产过程中极易出砂的问题,针对老井筛管内和新井套管内进行水力压裂改造后,必须结合现有防砂完井方式对不同工况环境的后续防砂完井方案进行优化设计,达到压裂改造增产增注的目的,同时搭建一条防止油气井出砂的安全生产通道。 Offshore oil and gas field development has gradually entered the middle and late stage,and the pursuit of oil well productivity contribution has been included in the action plan of EOR.Bohai oilfield has tried hydraulic fracturing to transform the unconsolidated sandstone reservoir.Facing the problem of easy sand production in the production process of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,after hydraulic fracturing in the old well screen and the new well casing,combined with the existing sand control completion methods,the subsequent sand control completion schemes under different working conditions must be optimized to achieve the purpose of increasing fracturing stimulation and injection,and build a safe production channel to prevent sand production in oil and gas wells.
