摘要
能源变革和环境保护政策趋严推动了化工园区节能减排,综合能源作为一种清洁高效的现代化能源供应和消费模式,有助于实现化工园区的可持续发展。但是,由于缺乏规范的商业模式参考,使得化工园区综合能源项目盈利水平不明晰,进而有碍其在全国范围内大规模推广。本文基于现有的商业模式推生出适合化工园区的综合能源商业模式,立足于化工园区综合能源系统的现实应用,科学划分投融资模式与盈利模式,并针对化工园区综合能源特点提出应用建议。
Energy reform and stricter environmental protection policies promote energy conservation and emission reduction in chemical industrial parks.Comprehensive energy,as a clean and efficient modern energy supply and consumption mode,is conducive to the sustainable development of chemical industrial parks.However,due to the lack of normative business model reference,the profit level of the comprehensive energy project in the chemical industrial park is not clear,which further hinders its large-scale promotion nationwide.Based on the existing business model,a comprehensive energy business model suitable for the chemical park is proposed in this paper.Based on the practical application of the comprehensive energy system in the chemical park,the investment and financing model and profit model are divided scientifically,and the application suggestions are put forward according to the characteristics of the comprehensive energy in the chemical park.
