摘要
伴随着我国经济和技术的不断发展和革新,各个行业和领域都有了一定的提升和进步,尤其在化工行业,随着生产安全的要求不断提高,化工工艺的本质安全程度设计要求也不断提高。在化工工艺设计过程中,考虑工艺系统中物料的不同理化特性,控制不当,在生产环节会出现事故风险,如果没有进行科学合理的设计和危险因素识别工作,就会为后续的生产工作和生活带来严重的安全隐患,因此相应的企业和人员需要针对化工工艺工作进行详细的分析和研究,找寻其中存在的问题和不足,对于涉及到的环节进行管理和监察,找寻其中可能存在的危险元素,从而提升自身的安全性和可靠性。
With the continuous development and innovation of China’s economy and technology,various industries and fields have made certain progress.Especially in the chemical industry,with the continuous improvement of production safety requirements,the intrinsic safety of chemical processes,that is,the requirements of degree design,are also constantly improved.In the process of chemical process design,aiming at the different physical and chemical properties of materials in the process system,once the control is improper,there will be accident risks in the production process.If scientific and reasonable design and risk factor identification are not carried out,serious potential safety hazards will be brought to subsequent production and life.Therefore,the corresponding enterprises and personnel need to conduct detailed analysis and research on chemical process work,find out the existing problems and deficiencies,manage and supervise the involved links,and find out the possible dangerous elements,so as to improve their own safety and reliability.
