摘要
新发传染病大流行中稀缺医疗资源的分配标准将会对公众产生重大影响,了解公众对分配的态度有利于采取相关措施以在疫情中赢得公众的信任和合作。研究基于一项面向公众的全国性抽样调查数据,分析发现:94.3%被调查者认为抗疫医护人员可优先获得传染病防护设施;稀缺医疗资源分配标准中,公众对“救活概率高低”的选择比例最高,对“抽签”的选择比例最低;不同特征群体相比较,年龄大者选择“先到先得”标准的比例更高,农民选择“年龄大小”标准的比例更高。基于此,研究提出了制定中国新发传染病大流行中稀缺医疗资源分配标准的针对性建议。
The allocation criteria of scarce medical resources in emerging infectious diseases pandemic will have a significant impact on the public.Understanding the public’s attitude towards distribution is conducive to taking relevant measures to win public trust and cooperation during the epidemic.Based on the data of a national sample survey for the public,the study found that 94.3%of the public in China believe that anti-epidemic medical personnel can get priority in access to infectious disease prevention facilities.Among the scarce medical resource allocation standards,the public’s choice proportion of“survival probability”is the highest,and that of“lottery”is the lowest.Compared with different characteristic groups,the proportion of older people choosing the“first-come first-served”standard was higher,and the proportion of farmers choosing“age size”standard was higher.Based on this,this study put forward the targeted suggestions for formulating the allocation criteria of scarce medical resources in emerging infectious diseases pandemic in China.
