摘要
壳聚糖是一类重要的天然高分子材料,其来源丰富、价格便宜,具有良好的生物降解性和生物相容性,环境友好。通过壳聚糖活性基团的化学改性或接枝共聚改性或交联改性,不但能改善壳聚糖物理、化学方面的稳定性,而且还能赋予壳聚糖更多功能,扩大其实际应用范围。改性壳聚糖对众多金属有很好的配位络合能力,壳聚糖载体负载的金属催化剂兼具均相和多相催化的优点,催化活性高、选择性好、稳定性高、腐蚀性小、易于分离、循环效果好。目前,壳聚糖负载的贵金属催化剂已被广泛应用于催化各类合成反应,在环境、化工、医药等领域的应用前景广阔。
Chitosan is a kind of important natural polymer materials,which has abundant sources,low price,good biodegradability and biocompatibility,and environmentally friendly.The chemical modification,graft copolymerization or cross-linking modification of the active groups of chitosan can not only improve the physical and chemical stability of chitosan,but also endow chitosan with more functions and expand its practical application.The metal catalyst supported on chitosan has the advantages of both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis,such as high catalytic activity,good selectivity,high stability,low corrosion,easy separation and good circulation effect.At present,the noble metal catalysts supported by chitosan have been widely used in various synthetic reactions,and have broad application prospects in environmental,chemical,pharmaceutical and other fields.
