摘要
目的探讨地塞米松磷酸钠注射用联合注射用美罗培南在治疗新生儿化脓性脑膜炎中对血清氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2019年8月在郑州大学附属儿童医院确诊为化脓性脑膜炎患儿88例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各44例。对照组在进行常规治疗的基础上使用注射用美罗培南,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用地塞米松磷酸钠静脉滴注进行干预。两组治疗时间均为2周。观察两组患儿临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患儿血清氧化中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮指标变化,临床疗效、症状及体征恢复时间。结果干预后两组各项指标较治疗前均明显改善,观察组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(97.73%)优于对照组(81.82%)(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松磷酸钠注射用联合注射用美罗培南在治疗新生儿化脓性脑膜炎中,能够快速地让患儿在一定时间内体温下降,并使其逐渐恢复意识,成效明显可见,值得临床应用和推广价值。
【Objective】To investigate the effects of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection combined with meropenem for injection on serum oxidative stress indicators in the treatment of neonatal purulent meningitis.【Methods】A total of 88 children patients diagnosed with purulent meningitis in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meropenem for injection on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally given intravenous drip of dexamethasone sodium phosphate for intervention on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes of serum oxidative stress indicators of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and recovery times of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.【Results】After intervention,the levels of serum oxidative stress indicators in the observation group more tended to be in the normal ranges than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(97.73%vs.81.82%)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection combined with meropenem for injection in the treatment of neonatal purulent meningitis can quickly reduce the body temperature within a certain period of time and gradually restore consciousness.It has obvious effects,thus it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
