摘要
目的探讨他氟前列素滴眼液联合明目汤对原发性开角型青光眼眼压及视力的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2020年6月河南省省立医院收治的82例原发型开角型青光眼患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用0.015%他氟前列素滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服明目汤治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前后眼压、视力及视网膜中央动脉(CRA)血流参数变化,并评价其临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后眼压低于对照组,而视力好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CRA中的收缩期血流峰值速度、舒张末期血流速度大于对照组,而阻力指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他氟前列素滴眼液联合明目汤能够进一步提高原发性开角型青光眼的临床疗效,改善患者的眼压及视力。
【Objective】To investigate the effect of Mingmu decoction combined with tafluprost eye drops on intraocular pressure and visual acuity of primary open angle glaucoma.【Methods】Eighty-two patients with primary open angle glaucoma treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 0.015%tafluprost eye drops,and the observation group was treated with Mingmu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The changes of intraocular pressure,visual acuity and blood flow parameters of central retinal artery(CRA)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.【Results】The intraocular pressure of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the visual acuity was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)and end diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV)of CRA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the resistance index(RI)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Mingmu decoction combined with tafluprost eye drops can improve the clinical efficacy of primary open angle glaucoma.
