摘要
利用专利计量法、社会网络分析法,对全球人工智能领域知识图谱技术相关专利数据进行分析,从发展概况、专利价值、专利地图、技术热点、技术演化等方面揭示全球竞争态势,并着重对比分析中美两国专利布局情况,为中国知识图谱技术的创新发展提供借鉴和参考。研究结果表明:知识图谱技术领域的全球专利申请态势活跃,中国占据专利申请数量领先优势,集群科研创新氛围浓厚;中国专利技术布局侧重于与应用场景相结合的关键技术研发;中国在全球专利市场布局规模、关键技术原创性方面与美国有一定差距,核心技术存在被国外机构卡脖子的风险,需挖掘开发高价值技术成果以提高市场竞争力。
This paper uses patent measurement method and social network analysis method to analyze the global artifi⁃cial intelligence field knowledge graph technology related patent data,reveals the global competition situation from the de⁃velopment overview,patent value,patent map,technology hotspots,technology evolution,etc.,and focuses on compara⁃tive analysis of the distribution of patents in China and the United States,in order to provides reference for the innovative development of China’s knowledge graph technology.The research results show that:the global patent application situa⁃tion in the field of knowledge graph technology is active,and China occupies the leading advantage in the number of pat⁃ent applications;the layout of Chinese patent technology focuses on the research and development of key technologies combined with application scenarios;there is a certain gap between China and the United States in terms of the global pat⁃ent market size and the originality of key technologies.The core technology is at risk of being caught by foreign institu⁃tions.It is necessary to explore and develop high-value technological achievements to improve market competitiveness.
