摘要
《"十四五"城镇污水处理及资源化利用发展规划》明确提出,2025年基本消除城市建成区生活污水直排口和收集处理设施空白区,全国城市生活污水集中收集率至少达到70%;城市和县城污水处理能力基本满足经济社会发展需要,县城污水处理率至少达到95%;水环境敏感地区污水处理基本达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A排放标准。今后,新建污水处理厂的排放标准日益严苛,已建污水处理厂也面临相应的提标考验,这就使得新建污水处理厂和已建污水处理厂不得不更加全面、慎重地选择可靠的污水处理工艺来保障目前以及将来的达标排放。基于行业发展趋势,本文主要对总氮去除原理、脱氮工艺及其工程应用进行分析。
The"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Urban Sewage Treatment and Resource Utilization Development Plan"clearly states that by 2025,the direct discharge of domestic sewage and the blank area of collection and treatment facilities in urban built-up areas will be basically eliminated,and the national centralized collection rate of urban domestic sewage will reach at least 70%;the sewage treatment capacity of cities and counties basically meets the needs of economic and social development,and the sewage treatment rate of counties should reach at least 95%;sewage treatment in water-sensitive areas basically meets the Class A discharge standard of"Emission Standards for Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"(GB 18918—2002).In the future,the discharge standards of newly-built sewage treatment plants will become increasingly stringent,and the existing sewage treatment plants will also face the corresponding test of upgrading,which makes new sewage treatment plants and existing sewage treatment plants have to choose reliable sewage treatment processes more comprehensively and carefully to ensure current and future discharge standards.Based on the development trend of the industry,this paper mainly analyzes the principle of total nitrogen removal,nitrogen removal process and its engineering application.
