摘要
通过对比试验确定影响缺陷产生的重要因素为轧制过程中轧制线的标高、精轧末道次咬入速度、轧制速度及末阶段压下量,通过不断摸索优化轧制线标高、适当降低精轧末道次咬入速度、轧制速度及增加末道次平整道次达到最终消除缺陷的目的。
The important factors affecting the defects are the elevation of the rolling line,the bite speed,the rolling speed of the last pass and the reduction amount at the last stage,through continuous groping and optimization of the rolling line elevation,appropriately reducing the final pass bite speed,rolling speed and increase the last pass leveling pass to achieve the ultimate goal of eliminating defects.
