摘要
韧性是高品质产品的重要指标,而螺纹钢的韧性研究滞后于其强度发展。为了获得兼具高强度和高韧性的高质量产品,结合实际应用中产生的断裂问题,简述了影响螺纹钢韧性的因素,主要影响因素有化学成分、非金属夹杂物、晶粒大小、第二相粒子和显微组织等。
Toughness is an important index of high quality products,but the research on toughness of HRB behind its strength development.In order to obtain high quality products with high strength and toughness,combined with the fracture problems in practical application,the main factors affecting the toughness of rebar are summarized,including chemical composition,non-metallic inclusions,grain size,second phase particles and microstructure.
