摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在小儿输液护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年3月就诊于我院儿科门诊且接受静脉输液治疗的120例患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的首次穿刺成功率、首二次穿刺成功率均高于对照组,单次穿刺时间、总穿刺时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。穿刺时、穿刺后,观察组的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛面容持续时间短于对照组,静脉针留置时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家长的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务用于小儿输液护理中,可有效提高患儿治疗依从性、穿刺成功率,减少输液不良事件的发生,延长静脉针留置时间,减轻患儿疼痛感,还可提高患儿家长护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service on pediatric transfusion nursing.Methods A total of 120 children in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital who received intravenous infusion treatment from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first puncture success rate and first and second puncture success rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the single puncture time and total puncture time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group during and after puncture(P<0.05);the duration of painful face in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the indwelling time of venous needle was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing service used in pediatric transfusion nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance and success rate of puncture,reduce the occurrence of infusion adverse events,prolong the indwelling time of venous needle,reduce the pain of children,and improve the nursing satisfaction of parents of children.
