基于偏序集评价模型的煤自燃危险性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了对采空区煤炭自燃危险程度做出准确预测,探究一种具有强鲁棒性的判定方法,以确保回采工作面的安全生产。利用低温氧化试验对韩家洼煤矿4个工作面的煤样进行测定,以试验所测得的指标性气体、煤样湿度及炉壁温度等数据为基础,结合由煤自燃危险性等级分级标准构造的等级样本组成样本群,应用偏序集评价模型对样本群进行聚类分析,最终判定韩家洼煤矿4个回采工作面的采空区自燃危险程度。结果表明,4个煤样都具有不同程度的自燃危险性,各煤样所处工作面的采空区自燃危险程度从大到小依次为4号煤样、3号煤样、2号煤样、1号煤样。这4个煤样所处工作面的采空区都需要加强实时观测,并提前制定防灭火措施。该预测结果与现场实际情况相吻合,表明该模型应用于煤自燃危险性评价是合理可行的。 The given paper is inclined to make an accurate forecast and prediction of the potential risks of the coal spontaneous combustion in the mined-out area by using a robust determination method to ensure the safety production in the working face. For the said purpose,we have laid out a set of low temperature oxidation experiments to measure the coal samples at the 4 working faces of the coal mine. The actual procedure has been taken based on the experimentally measured gas index to form a sampling group in combination with the classification standards of the risk levels of the coal spontaneous combustion of the hierarchical samples to measure the humidity,the furnace wall temperature and some other data involved. And,then,the partial order set evaluation model can be used,too,for the cluster analyses on the sampling groups according to the significance of the weights.Actually,the indicators that are more related to the spontaneous combustion have to be ranked higher for the classification. At the same time,the normalized index data can be accumulated column by column in the written form of matrix. Thus,finally,rowby-row comparison can help to determine the risk degree of the spontaneous combustion in the goafs of the 4 mining working faces. The final testing results show that the 4 kinds of coal samples are potentially with the different spontaneous combustion hazards. The spontaneous combustion risks with the said samples can be found in the following descending order: No. 4 sample >No. 3 sample > No. 2 sample > No. 1 sample. The evaluation results of the spontaneous combustion risks of the coal samples of the 4 working faces prove that,the coal seam mined by the Hanjiawa Coal Mine belongs to the spontaneous combustion one,whereas the 4 coal samples from the goafs of the working faces are needed for closer real-time observation and stronger fire-prevention measures to be taken in advance. Thus,it can be seen that the prediction results prove to be consistent with the actually investigated ones on site,which proves that the model we have brought about is rational and feasible for the coal spontaneous combustion risk assessment.
