摘要
圆孔是玩具中常见的结构,但在日常检测中,各家检测机构对于较为复杂的圆孔的检测方法和评估尺度未取得一致。笔者根据多年的检测经验和研究,论述了对4种常见的复杂圆孔:近似圆形、圆周厚度不均匀、圆孔内壁上有凸起的合模线和内壁为非圆柱面的圆孔之检测与评定方法的研究,为检测机构和玩具企业提供参考和建议。
Circular hole is a common structure in toys. In daily inspections, however, inspection agencies failed to reach agreements on the testing methods and evaluation scales for complicated circular holes. Based on years of personal testing and research experiences, the author discussed four commonly-seen complex circular holes, including approximately circular hole, hole with uneven circumferential thickness, hole with convex parting line on its inner wall and circular hole with a non-cylindrical inner wall. The research on the testing and evaluation methods provides references and suggestions for testing agencies and toy companies.
