摘要
为了解钢渣透水砖性能与主要影响因素,围绕钢渣粗细骨料体积掺量比、骨胶比和水胶比对钢渣透水砖基层的抗压强度、抗折强度和透水系数的影响及作用机理开展了试验研究。研究结果表明:钢渣具有潜在水硬活性和良好的原始强度,经陈化处理能够满足透水砖骨料的使用要求;钢渣粗细骨料体积掺量比、骨胶比、水胶比3个主要参数变化,对试件透水性能影响最为显著,抗折强度次之,对抗压强度影响最小;随着小粒径骨料或胶凝材料用量占比增大,抗压强度和抗折强度逐渐增加,而透水性能则出现明显降低;过多、过稀的水泥浆容易出现“沉底”现象,导致透水系数大幅降低;综合优化配合比后,制备的钢渣透水砖基层能够满足强度和透水性要求。
In order to study the performance and main influencing factors of water permeable brick with steel slag,the experimental study was carried out on the effects and functions of the ratio of coarse aggregate volume to fine aggregate volume of steel slag,bone cement ratio and water-binder ratio of water permeable brick with steel slag on the compressive strength,flexural strength and water permeability coefficient of water permeable brick with steel slag.The test results show that the steel slag has potential hydraulic activity and good original strength,and it can be used to meet the requirements for the use of permeable brick aggregates after aging treatment.The three main parameters of the ratio of coarse aggregate volume to fine aggregate volume of steel slag,bone cement ratio and water-binder ratio are changed have the most significant effect on the water permeability of the test piece,followed by the flexural strength,and has the least impact on the compressive strength.As the proportion of small particle size aggregate or cementitious material increases,the compressive strength and flexural strength gradually increase,However,the water permeability is significantly reduced.Too much or too thin cement slurry is prone to“bottom sinking”phenomenon,which leads to a significant reduction in the water permeability coefficient.After comprehensive optimization of the mixing ratio,the prepared water permeable brick with steel slag can meet the strength and water permeability requirements.
