摘要
英国国家档案馆残障用户服务主要在物理环境、网络环境、人文环境中展开,形成了以平等多元理念为指导、具备健全监管体系的特色。通过借鉴英国国家档案馆经验,我国公共档案馆可以从完善资源设备、健全监管体系、分析用户需求以及开展协同共建四个方面积极开展面向残障用户的服务。
The services provided by the British National Archives for disabled users are mainly carried out in the physical environment,the Internet environment and the human environment,forming the feature of a sound regulatory system guided by the concept of equality and diversity.By learning from the experience of British National Archives,public Archives in China can actively develop the service for disabled users from four aspects:improving resources and equipment,improving regulatory system,analyzing user needs and developing collaborative construction.
