摘要
针对回坡底煤矿10501工作面回采过程中巷道底鼓现象严重的情况,对岩层底板进行了承载力和位移量计算。计算结果显示,巷道底板岩层的承载力为28 900 kN,远大于岩层的最大承载力26 970 kN。为此,采用了"帮部补强锚索+底板注浆锚杆+底角锚杆"耦合加强支护方案进行了加强支护。优化支护方案下最大底鼓量为88 mm,达到了支护要求,满足安全生产需求。
In view of the situation of the serious floor heave of the roadway in the mining process of the 10501 working face of Huipodi Coal Mine,this paper calculated the bearing capacity and displacement of the rock floor.The calculation results showed that the bearing capacity of the rock layer of the roadway floor was 28900 kN,which was far greater than the maximum bearing capacity of the rock layer of 26970 kN.For this reason,the coupling reinforcement support scheme of"reinforced anchor cable at the side+grouting anchor rod of the floor+anchor rod at the bottom corner"was adopted to strengthen the support.The maximum bottom heave volume under the optimized support scheme was 88 mm,which met the support requirements and met the needs of safe production.
