摘要
通过对研制工业园区废旧高分子材料资源综合利用技术规范标准的意义、现有标准对废旧高分子材料回收利用关键技术研究现状的分析,明确了工业园区废旧高分子材料资源综合利用标准化对象,提出了工业园区废旧高分子材料的分类,深入研究了工业园区废旧高分子材料资源综合利用标准化的基本原则、基本要求、回收要求、综合利用要求以及其他要求等,将为制定工业园区废旧高分子材料资源综合利用技术规范系列标准提供重要的技术支撑。
In This paper,the significance of developing the technical standard for comprehensive utilization of waste polymer materials in industrial parks and the research status of key technologies for recycling and utilization of waste polymer materials in existing standards were analyzed,and the standardized object of comprehensive utilization of waste polymeric materials in industrial parks was defined,the classification of waste polymer materials in industrial parks was put forward,and the basic principles,basic requirements,recycling requirements,comprehensive utilization requirements and other requirements for the standardization of comprehensive utilization of waste polymer materials in industrial parks were studied in depth,which would provide important technical support for the formulation of technical specifications series for comprehensive utilization of waste polymer resources in industrial parks.
