摘要
流量计量是计量科学技术的组成部分之一,它与国民经济、国防建设、科学研究有密切的关系,超声波流量计是社会上普遍使用的过程自动化仪表与装置中的大类仪表之一。本文分析从超声波流量计工作原理和现场应用环境、条件出发,对其影响因素进行了分类研究,并确定了主要因素,研究可能出现的作弊手段。根据作弊手段提出最新的预防措施,以保证超声波流量计的计量准确性,使超声波流量计在现场得到更好的应用。
Flow measurement is a part of measurement science and technology.It is closely related to the national economy,national defense construction,and scientific research.Ultrasonic flow meters are one of the major types of instrumentation in process automation instruments and devices commonly used in society.The paper analyzes the working principle of ultrasonic flowmeter and the field application environment and conditions,and carries out a classification study on its influencing factors,and determines the main factors to study possible cheating methods.According to the cheating methods,the latest preventive measures are put forward to ensure the accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeters,so that the ultrasonic flowmeters can be better used in the field.
