摘要
目的探讨标准化病人在高职护理综合实训中的教学效果。方法2020年5—6月,在江西卫生职业学院2018级高职护理专业中随机抽取两个班级,分别设为研究组(62名)和对照组(63名),在《护理综合实训》课程中,研究组引入标准化病人,对照组采用常规教学方法,课程结束后,比较两组学生的课堂满意度、沟通能力和人文关怀能力。结果研究组学生课堂满意度、沟通能力、人文关怀质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理综合实训中引入标准化病人可以提高学生的学习兴趣、有效沟通、人文关怀等综合能力,促进学校教育与临床实习的有效接轨。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of standardized patients in comprehensive nursing training in higher vocational colleges.Methods From May 2020 to June 2020,two classes were randomly selected from the nursing specialty of grade 2018 in Jiangxi Health Vocation College,which were divided into study group(62 cases)and control group(163 cases)respectively.In the course of comprehensive nursing training,the study group introduced standardized patients,while the control group adopted conventional teaching methods,and then at the end of the course,the students′classroom satisfaction,communication abilities and humanistic care quality were compared between the two groups.Results The students′classroom satisfaction,communication abilities and humanistic care quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of standardized patients in comprehensive nursing training can improve students′comprehensive abilities of learning interest,efficient communication and humanistic care,and promote the effective integration between school education and clinical practice.
