摘要
介绍了灰铸铁变速箱体裂纹的缺陷特征,识别了裂纹的性质,对其产生原因进行了系统分析;制定了增加铸铁材料的力学性能和增加裂纹部位圆角等措施,成功消除了箱体的两类裂纹。
The defect characteristics of the gray cast iron gearbox body cracks have been introduced,the nature of the cracks have been identified,and the causes have been systematically analyzed.The measures have been formulated to increase the mechanical properties of the cast iron materials and increase the fillet of the cracks,which successfully eliminated the two types of cracks in the box body.
