摘要
目的分析在血常规检验中应用全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学检验的效果。方法选取本院(在2018年1月至2019年3月)搜集的128例血常规检验患者一般资料,按照数字随机表法分为试验组(64例,应用全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学检验方法)和对照组(64例,应用全自动血细胞分析仪检测方法)。采用统计学分析两组血常规检验患者的阳性率。结果试验组血常规检验患者的阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验中应用全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学检验的效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology test in blood routine test.Methods The general data of 128 patients with routine blood tests collected in our hospital(from January 2018 to March 2019)were divided into experimental groups(64 cases,application of automatic blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology inspection method)and control group(64 cases,using automatic blood cell analyzer detection method)according to the numerical random table method.Statistical analysis was performed to analyze the positive rate of the blood test in both groups.Results The positive rate of blood test in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology test in blood routine test is significant.
