摘要
街道空间品质除与街道要素相关外,也与街道的功能相关。以厦门中山路街区、火车站街区分别作为旅游型街区、生活型街区代表,以街景图像为数据来源,构建街道品质评价指标体系,对两者空间品质进行评价和对比。研究发现,旅游型街区更关注旅游活动空间及行人的使用感受,街道空间通透性、意象化、尺度感较为优异,部分街道对绿化、整洁程度重视不够;生活型街区更多考虑街道车行交通需求及空间形象,对街道空间尺度和活力重视不够。基于此,提出了旅游型街区、生活型街区的街道空间品质提升策略。
The quality of the street space is related to the configuration of street elements and the function of the street.Taking Zhongshan Road block and the railway station block in Xiamen as the representatives of the tourist block and the life block respectively,and taking the street view image as the data source,the street quality evaluation index system is constructed,and the spatial quality of the two is evaluated and compared.It is found that the streets in the tourism-type neighborhood pay more attention to the space of tourism activities and the experience of pedestrians,and perform well in the transparency,imagery,and scale of street space,but some streets pay insufficient attention to the greening and tidiness of street space.Living-type neighborhood is more concerned about street traffic demand and spatial image,with less attention to street space scale and vitality.Finally,the corresponding space quality improvement strategies for tourism-type and living-type neighborhoods were proposed.
