摘要
针对机械收割碾压再生稻导致稻茬损伤倒伏,抑制再生季腋芽萌发和降低产量的问题,设计一种再生稻机收碾压稻茬扶正装置。首先,开展齿爪式扶正器运动分析,构建运动过程速度方程,明确影响扶正性能的关键因素;其次,以装置前进速度、扶正速比和齿爪入茬角度为试验因素,扶正成功率为评价指标,开展全因素台架性能试验。试验结果表明:装置前进速度和齿爪入茬角度均显著影响稻茬扶正成功率,且随着装置前进速度和齿爪入茬角度的增加,碾压稻茬扶正成功率有增大的趋势;影响碾压稻茬扶正成功率的因素主次顺序为齿爪入茬角度、装置前进速度、扶正速比;扶正装置最优运行参数组合为:齿爪入茬角度=70°、装置前进速度=0.75m·s^(-1)、扶正速比=2,扶正成功率可达91.17%;并建立了碾压稻茬扶正成功率的多元线性回归方程,拟合度为0.85,在最优运行参数组合下,理论扶正成功率与实际试验结果基本一致。试验结果可为研制机械收割碾压稻茬扶正装置提供理论及试验依据,对促进再生稻生产全程机械化的发展具有重要现实意义。
Aiming at the problems of the germination of axillary buds was inhibited and reduced yield in regeneration season caused by the rice stubble damage and lodging after mechanical harvesting of ratoon rice,a kind of chain row tooth claw righting device for the crushed rice stubble of ratoon rice was designed.Firstly,the speed equation of the tooth claw centralizer was constructed by carrying out its movement analysis,and the key factors affecting the centralizer performance were identified.Secondly,the all factor bench performance test was carried out by taking the forward speed of the device,the angle of entry of the claw and the speed ratio were as the test factors,and the success rate of the righting was as the evaluation index.The experimental results showed that the forward speed of the device and the angle of entry of the claw had significant effects on the success rate of righting rice stubble,and the success rate of righting increased when the forward speed of the device and the angle of entry of the claw increased.The order of the factors affecting the success rate of the crushed rice stubble was the angle of entry of the claw,the forward speed of the device,and the rotation speed of the claw centralizer.The optimal combination of the working parameters was the angle of entry of the claw=70°,the forward speed of the device=0.75m·s-1,and the speed ratio=2,the success rate of righting could reach 91.17%,and the multiple linear regression equation of the success rate of righting the crushed rice stubble was established,and the fitting degree was 0.85,under the optimal operation parameters combination,the theoretical success rate of righting was basically consistent with the actual test results.The experimental results could provide theoretical and experimental basis for the development of righting device of the crushed stubble after mechanical harvesting,and has important practical significance for promoting the development of the whole process mechanization services in ratoon rice production.
