摘要
为探究存在上方采空区的综采放顶煤工作面采空区自然发火问题,以韩咀煤矿32101工作面为工程背景,系统评价工作面采空区自然发火的危险性,发现工作面存在顶煤冒放不充分、上方采空区煤体易自燃的特点,结合自燃“三带”总结32101工作面采空区自然发火存在发火时间短、容易复燃、发火点隐蔽、治理难度大的特点,制定包括气体监测检测和综合防灭火措施结合的控制方式,指出工作面综合防灭火工作注意事项。工程实践表明,32101工作面采空区回采过程CO、CO_(2)、O_(2)等含量保持稳定,采空区未出现自然发火现象,工作面生产活动得到正常保证,矿井综合防灭火措施行之有效。
In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in goaf of fully mechanized caving face,taking 32101 working face of Hanzui Coal Mine as the engineering background,the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf of working face was systematically evaluated.The results show that there are some risk factors in the working face,such as insufficient caving of top coal and easy spontaneous combustion of coal in the upper goaf.Combined with the“three zones”of spontaneous combustion,this paper summarizes the characteristics of spontaneous combustion in goaf of 32101 working face,such as short ignition time,easy after-combustion,hidden ignition point and difficult treatment,formulates the control mode of gas monitoring detection and comprehensive fire control measures,and points out the matters needing attention in comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing work of working face.The engineering application shows that the contents of CO,CO_(2) and O_(2) in 32101 working face goaf are stable,the goaf has no spontaneous combustion,the working face production activities are normal,and the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures are effective.
