摘要
目的探讨使用加减益气活血方对气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛的影响,为患者提供有效的中医药治疗方案。方法将2018年7月-2020年6月满足纳入条件的气虚血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者共60例,运用统计学软件随机将其分配为对照组、治疗组各30例。对照组采用常规的西医治疗方法;治疗组是通过对照组常规西医治疗方法配合加减益气活血方。疗程为4周,比较治疗前后,两组的临床治疗效果、心电图情况、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平,血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平的改变,通过SPSS 18.0统计软件将所得的结果对比剖析,总结分析加减益气活血方的临床治疗效果。结果加减益气活血方联合西医常规治疗方法在改善气虚血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疾病有效率、心电图改善率、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平下降上均优于常规的西医治疗方法。结论加减益气活血方寓益气、活血与化瘀于一体,对气虚血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on unstable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and to provide effective TCM treatment for patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria from July 2018 to June 2020 were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group using statistical software,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was adopted conventional western medicine treatment methods;the treatment group was adopted conventional western medicine treatment methods in the control group combined with the addition and subtraction Yiqi Huoxue prescription.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the clinical treatment effects,ECG status,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels,and plasma hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels were compared between the two groups.The SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used to compare and analyze the results obtained,summarized and analyzed the clinical treatment effects of the addition and subtraction of Yiqi Huoxue recipe.Results Modified Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment methods were superior to conventional western medicine treatment in improving the disease effectiveness of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type coronary heart disease and unstable angina pectoris,the improvement rate of electrocardiogram,and the decrease of hs-CRP and TNF-αlevels.Conclusion Modified Yiqi Huoxue decoction integrates Qi,activating blood and removing blood stasis,and has a good therapeutic effect on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
