摘要
介绍中阳钢铁二高线立式卷芯架系统构成以及西门子PLC S7-1500控制系统具体架构及功能,实践证明,该控制系统配合HMI TP1500触摸屏能很好地实现线卷的高效收集与运输,取得了良好的运行效果。
This paper introduces the structure of the vertical coil core frame system of the second high speed wire rod of Zhongyang iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.and the specific structure and functions of Siemens PLC s7-1500 control system.Practice has proved that the control system with HMI TP1500 touch screen can well realize the efficient collection and transportation of coil,and has achieved good operation effect.
