摘要
韶钢8号高炉炉体冷却系统采用软水密闭循环,炉腹、炉腰、炉身下部采用铜冷却壁。针对2019年铜冷却壁开始出现破损问题,通过对冷却壁损坏的原因进行分析,采用在线带压开孔、改通高压水、加装铜冷却棒、查漏封堵、盲区造衬、炉墙雾化打水冷却等措施,抑制住了铜冷却壁破损的速度,确保了高炉生产的稳定顺行。
The soft water closed circulation is adopted in the cooling system of the No.8 BF at of Shaogang iron and steel co,and the copper cooling stave is adopted in the bosh,furnace waist and lower part of the body.In 2019,the copper stave began to break.Based on the analysis of the causes of the damage of the cooling stave,the measures such as on-line opening with pressure,changing high-pressure water,installing copper cooling rods,leak-checking and sealing,lining in blind area,spraying and pumping water for cooling the furnace wall,etc.,the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace production is ensured.
