“一带一路”倡议助力中国出版“走出去”

摘要 出版是文化领域不可或缺的组成部分,是人类传播知识、信息与技术的一种活动,因而我国出版业不断加大对“一带一路”沿线国家“走出去”的力度。以重大出版工程项目、中国作为主宾国参加“一带一路”沿线国家的国际书展作为抓手助力中国出版“走出去”。中国出版走出去的制约因素为:中国对欧美国家版权贸易呈逆差状态,“一带一路”沿线国家的经济、政治、文化水平参差不齐,我国出版政策来自多个部门等。从而提出在“十四五”时期,中国出版应吸引一批优秀出版人与作者,坚定政治立场,积极探索出版融合的创新路径,与“一带一路”沿线国家共繁荣。 As One Belt and One Road of culture,the publishing industry is an indispensable part of the cultural field.It is an activity of human knowledge,information and technology.Therefore,the publishing industry in China has been increasing the intensity of“going abroad”along the countries of responding to One Belt and One Road.China’s publishing industry for One Belt and One Road as the main publishing country should be in the aid of the international book exhibition to go abroad.The restrictive factors of China’s publishing to go abroad include the deficit of China’s copyright trade with European and American countries the uneven economic,political and cultural levels along the countries of One Belt,One Road and the publishing unintegrated policies of China.During the 14th Five-Year,China’s publishing industry should attract a number of outstanding publishers and authors,and adhere to the ideological principle.It should actively explore innovative ways of publishing and integration and flourish along One Belt and One Road.
