摘要
基于全国第六次人口普查数据、四川省全国第五次和第六次人口普查的数据以及四川省2015年1%的抽样数据,建立人口素质综合评价体系,使用主成分分析方法建立统计模型,评价四川省以及相关7个省市的人口素质。2010年7个省份的人口素质得分排名顺序为陕西省、江苏省、湖北省、山东省、重庆市、四川省、甘肃省。陕西省、江苏省、湖北省、山东省、重庆市这前五个省份的得分均在全国平均水平之上。四川省2010年的人口素质状况相比2000年有了很大的提高,但与同级省市相比较,人口素质状况较低,处于较为落后的地位。四川省的人口较多,高等教育人口相比较其他地区较少,才导致人口素质整体偏低。
Based on the data of the sixth national population census,the fifth and sixth national population censuses of Sichuan province,and the sample data of 1%of Sichuan Province in 2015,a comprehensive evaluation system of population quality was established.A statistical model was established using principal component analysis method to evaluate the population quality of Sichuan province and related 7 provinces and cities.In 2010,the population quality scores of the seven provinces ranked in the order of Shaanxi Province,Jiangsu Province,Hubei Province,Shandong Province,Chongqing City,Sichuan Province and Gansu Province.Shaanxi Province,Jiangsu Province,Hubei Province,Shandong Province,Chongqing City,the scores of the first five provinces are above the national average.The population quality of Sichuan Province in 2010 has been greatly improved in 2000,but compared with other provinces and cities at the same level,the population quality is relatively low and backward.Sichuan Province has a large population and a small population of higher education compared with other regions,which leads to the overall low quality of the population.
