摘要
爆炸法制备纳米功能材料属于爆炸加工领域,是制备高纯度纳米材料的新技术,具有能量转化率高、工艺参数调整方便、价格低廉、通用性强等特征。综述了爆轰法制备纳米功能材料的研究进展及现状,爆炸法通过优选前驱体且原材料丰富多样,可快速制备多种纳米材料,如碳材料、碳包覆金属材料和纳米金属氧化物等,是低碳环保工业生产的一种崭新的选择。在制备纳米材料方面重点阐述了爆炸法在制备碳基纳米功能材料及纳米氧化物方面的研究进展,并提出了研究建议。
The preparation of nano functional materials by explosion belongs to the field of explosion processing,which is a new technology for preparing high purity nano materials.The technology has the characteristics of high energy conversion rate,convenient adjustment of process parameters,low price and good versatility.In this paper,the research progress and current situation of the preparation of nano-functional materials by detonation are reviewed.Explosion method can optimize precursor and the source materails are very rich.And it can rapidly prepare a variety of nanomaterial,such as carbon materials,carbon-coated metal materials and nano-metal oxides and so on.It is a new choice for the industrial production of low-carbon environmental protection materials.In the preparation of nanomaterials,the research progress of the preparation of carbon-based nano-functional materials and nano-oxides by explosion method is emphatically expounded,and suggestions for further research are put forward.
