摘要
林蛙属(Rana)物种是一类具有鼓膜和背侧褶皱,脚趾有蹼,颞面黑色,非繁殖期在山林生活的棕色蛙类。生活在北方(高纬度或高海拔)的林蛙具有耐冻性,能够忍受结冰环境而不死亡。研究表明:林蛙在低温胁迫下的存活得益于其冷冻保护系统,葡萄糖和尿素是2种主要的冷冻保护剂。进入秋季,林蛙通过蛋白质分解和脂质代谢增加体内糖原储备,遭遇低温后通过调节糖酵解和糖异生反应满足其生存的需要,尿素循环和转运相关蛋白也受到生化调节。
Species of Rana is a kind of brown frog with tympanic membrane,dorsal fold,webbed toes and dark temporal mask,which lives in mountain forest during non-breeding period.The wood frogs living in high latitudes or high altitudes of northern China have freezing tolerance,who can be able to survive in frozen environment.Researches show that the survival of Rana under low temperature stress benefits from its cryoprotectant system.Glucose and urea are the primary cryoprotectants.To meet its survival needs,species of Rana increases its glycogen storage through protein decomposition and lipid metabolism in autumn,and the regulation of glycolysis and gluconeogenesis after experiencing low temperature,as well as the regulation of urea cycle and urea transport proteins.
