摘要
500kA全石墨大型预焙铝电解槽打壳下料系统由打壳下料装置和定容下料器组成,通过计算机模糊控制下料间隔时间,使氧化铝浓度保持在1.5%~3%之间,该打壳系统长期使用后,存在打壳系统故障率高、锤头易断裂、锤头粘连壳头包等情况,制约现场正常生产。应用某型智能化打壳系统代替原有模糊控制系统,有效降低了打壳气缸故障率,杜绝了锤头粘连壳头包等问题的发生。
The shelling and feeding system of 500kA all-graphite large-scale prebaked aluminum electrolytic cell is composed of shelling and feeding device and constant-volume feeding device.The feeding interval is controlled by computer fuzzy control to keep the alumina concentration between 1.5%to 3%.After long-term use,the shelling system has a high failure rate,the hammer head is easy to break,and the hammer head sticks to the shell bag,which restrict the normal production on site.A certain type of intelligent shelling system is used to replace the original fuzzy control system,which effectively reduces the failure rate of the shelling cylinder and prevents the occurrence of problems such as the sticking of the hammer head to the shell.
