摘要
目的探讨基于云服务平台的心电网络信息管理系统在动态心电监测中的应用价值。方法选择某医院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的1000例患者作为观察组,采用基于云服务平台的心电网络信息管理系统进行动态心电监测;另选取2018年1月至2018年12月于同医院行动态心电监测的1000例患者作为对照组,未采用基于云服务平台的心电网络信息管理系统。记录两组患者提出申请至开始检查时间、满意度评分及心律不齐事件检出率。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者提出申请至开始检查时间较短,满意度评分及心律不齐事件检出率较高(P<0.05)。结论基于云服务平台的心电网络信息管理系统应用于动态心电监测中,能够缩短患者提出申请至开始检查时间,提高患者的心律不齐事件检出率及满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of ECG network information management system based on cloud service platform in dynamic ECG monitoring.Methods 1000 patients in a hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as observation group,and given ECG network information management system based on cloud service platform for dynamic ECG monitoring.Another 1000 patients in the same hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as control group,and did not use ECG network information management system based on cloud service platform.The time from application to inspection,satisfaction scores and detection rates of arrhythmia events of two groups were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the time from application to inspection of the observation group was shorter,and the satisfaction scores and the detection rate of arrhythmia events were higher(P<0.05).Conclusions ECG network information management system based on cloud service platform in the application of dynamic ECG monitoring can shorten the time from application to inspection,and improve the detection rate of arrhythmia events and satisfaction scores,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
