摘要
目的设计并研制囊式充液抗荷服,解决现有航天员和飞行员抗荷装备——充气式抗荷服臃肿、热负荷大、反应滞后、梯度分布难以实现等问题。方法通过力学仿真分析,进行充液抗荷管路设计,并进行充液抗荷服各部分材料的选取或研制,经过多轮设计、试穿、修改与改进,确认了充液抗荷服最终结构。结果研制出国内首套充液抗荷服。采用囊式无袖分片式结构,裆部、臀部、膝盖部镂空;左右两侧分布充液管路与腹囊;充液为纯净水,设计充液量约为5 L。充液抗荷服外层选择伸缩率较小的面料,管路采用高强度、高伸长率、水密材料。结论研制的囊式充液抗荷服结构合理,满足美观度、梯度加压、热负荷小等要求。
Objective To solve the problems existed in the current anti-G suit for astronauts or pilots such as bloating,large heat load,lagging reaction,and gradient distribution difficult to realize etc.,the bladder liquid-filled anti-G suit in hyper-gravity environment was designed and developed.Methods Through mechanical simulation analysis,the design of liquid-filled anti-load pipeline was carried out,and the materials of each part of liquid-filled anti-G suit were selected or developed.After multiple rounds of design,trial wear,modification and improvement,the final structure of the liquid-filled anti-G suit was confirmed.Results The first set of liquid-filled anti-G suit in China was developed.The liquid-filled anti-G suit adopted the sleeveless slicing structure in the inner tube,while the crotch,buttocks and knee parts were hollowed out.The liquid-filling pipeline and abdominal capsule were distributed on the left and right sides.The filling liquid was pure water,and the liquid filling capacity was about 5 L.The outer layer of the liquid-filled anti-G suit was selected with low expansion rate,and the pipeline was made of high strength,high extension rate and watertight material.Conclusion The developed liquid-filled anti-G suit has reasonable structure and can meet the requirements of aesthetic,gradient pressure and low heat load.
