摘要
沥青路面在使用过程中,由于环境因素和外界荷载的双重作用,沥青混合料路用性能逐年衰减,最终难以满足路用性能要求。目前,由于热再生沥青混合料路用性能的不稳定性,特别是高掺量(掺量大于30%)再生沥青混合料的疲劳性能难以保证,使得沥青路面热再生技术尚未得到广泛的推广和应用。为此,针对热再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性,分别对6种RAP掺量的热再生沥青混合料进行高温车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验以及沥青混合料弯曲试验,并研究沥青再生剂对混合料性能的影响。研究结果表明:RAP掺量增加会使热再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性提高,水稳定性能下降,低温稳定性下降。
Due to the comfort caused by asphalt pavement,the proportion of asphalt road is getting bigger and bigger in China.However,the road performance of asphalt mixture decays year by year because the dual impact of environmental factors and external load until it is difficult to meet the road performance requirement.At present,the performance of hot recycled asphalt mixture is unstable,especially the fatigue performance of recycled asphalt mixture with high content(more than 30%)is difficult to guarantee so that the hot recycling technology of asphalt road has not been extensively promoted and applied.Therefore,the high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature crack resistance of 5 kinds of hot recycled asphalt mixture with RAP content are mainly studied from the following aspects:high temperature rutting test,immersion Marshall Test,freeze thaw cracking test and asphalt mixture bending test with different RAP content.The influence of asphalt regenerants on asphalt mixture is also studied.The law is achieved that the high temperature stability is improved,the water stability is decreased and the low temperature stability is decreased with the increase of corresponding RAP.
