摘要
合肥市某污水处理厂提标后按MBR+反硝化滤池工艺运行。在实际运行过程中发现,MBR膜池反冲洗后,产水中次氯酸钠质量浓度较高,虽然对后续深床反硝化菌的消杀作用明显,但导致挂膜脱落,反硝化功能丧失。后经调整MBR反冲洗时序,增加清水冲洗工段等措施,解决了MBR膜池反冲洗对后续构筑物生物处理的不利影响。该成果可为MBR系统出水接后续生物处理工程提供借鉴。
After having been raised the standard of sewage,a wastewater treatment plant in Hefei was operated according to Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR)+Denitrification filter process.During the actual operation process,the mass concentration of sodium hypochlorite in the produced water was found high after the membrane pool had been backwashed.Although it had obvious killing effect on the subsequent deep bed denitrifying bacteria,it caused the falling off of membrane and the loss of denitrification function.The problem was solved by adjusting backwashing sequence of MBR,adding flushing section with clean water and etc.The results can provide a reference for the engineering of subsequent biological treatment following after MBR system effluent.
