摘要
当前我国经济以前所未有的速度迅猛发展,综合国力不断提升,基础建设越发完善,城市化进程推进日益深化,与城市化进程相应的高层房屋建筑施工技术也得到了长足发展,建筑行业在21世纪迎来了蓬勃发展的时机,但同时建筑行业的发展也面临着挑战,高层房屋建筑施工技术首当其冲。现代建筑工程规模日渐扩大,建筑高度越来越高,建筑界各种世界纪录被逐项打破,建筑工程建设企业及施工单位面临着激烈的市场竞争。因此,对现行的高层房屋建筑技术进行分析思考并提出提升策略十分重要。文章对高层房屋建筑施工技术进行分析与思考,以期为建筑行业发展发挥微薄作用。
At present,China’s economy is developing rapidly at an unparalleled speed,and the comprehensive national strength has been greatly improved,in which the basic construction of our country is becoming more and more perfect,and the process of urbanization is deepening day by day.The construction technology of high-rise buildings corresponding to the process of urbanization has also been developed by leaps and bounds,and the construction industry has ushered in the opportunity of vigorous development in the 21 century.At the same time,the development of the construction industry is also facing challenges.The construction technology of high-rise buildings bears the brunt.The scale of modern construction projects is expanding day by day,the building height is increasing,and all kinds of world records are broken one by one.Construction enterprises and construction units are facing fierce market competition.Therefore,it is very important to analyze and think about the current high-rise building technology and put forward the promotion strategy.This paper analyzes and considers the construction,technology of high-rise buildings in order to play a modest role in the development of the construction industry.
