摘要
乳制品行业作为横跨农牧业、加工业和服务业的食品安全代表性产业,其产品供应物流有着较其他产品更严格的标准要求。根据目前乳制品冷链物流存在的问题,采用FAHP模型构建了以乳品质量、物流过程、企业固有能力为准则层的服务质量评价模型,并分析计算各指标权重。在此基础上,从信息共享机制建设、冷链基础设施投入及物流专业人才培养等角度给出了提高乳制品冷链服务质量的针对性建议,以期把控冷链物流服务质量,提高乳制品安全供应保障。
As a representative food safety industry across agriculture,animal husbandry,processing industry and service industry,the product supply logistics of the dairy industry has stricter standard requirements than other products. According to the existing problems of dairy cold chain logistics,this paper used FAHP model to build a service quality evaluation model based on dairy quality,logistics process and enterprise inherent ability,and it analyzed and calculated the weight of each index. On this basis,it put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of dairy cold chain service from the perspective of information sharing mechanism construction,cold chain infrastructure investment and logistics professional training in order to control the quality of dairy cold chain logistics service and improve the security of supply.
