摘要
目的探究复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗阴道炎的临床疗效以及安全性。方法90例阴道炎患者,以抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予制霉菌素进行治疗,观察组则采用复方甲硝唑阴道栓进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组瘙痒、灼烧、疼痛、阴道分泌物增加的改善时间分别为(3.19±1.34)、(3.10±1.11)、(3.75±1.51)、(6.12±1.85)d,短于对照组的(5.30±1.53)、(5.57±1.26)、(7.40±1.43)、(8.75±2.18)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.44%、复发率为4.44%,均低于对照组的24.44%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甲硝唑阴道栓在阴道炎患者治疗中能够取得令人满意的治疗效果,不仅能够尽快改善患者临床症状,还能够有效降低复发率,减少不良反应发生,应用价值较高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound metronidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with vaginitis were divided into control group and observation group according to random lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nystatin,and the observation group was treated with compound metronidazole vaginal suppository.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence situation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of itching,burning,pain,increased vaginal discharge of the observation group were(3.19±1.34),(3.10±1.11),(3.75±1.51)and(6.12±1.85),which d were shorter than(5.30±1.53),(5.57±1.26),(7.40±1.43)and(8.75±2.18)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.44%and recurrence rate 4.44%of the observation group were lower than 24.44%and 20.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound metronidazole vaginal suppository can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects in the treatment of vaginitis patients.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible,but also effectively reduce the recurrence rate and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It has high practical value and is worthy of promotion.
