摘要
目的探讨对急性脑梗死患者采用丁苯酞注射液联合丹红注射液进行治疗的临床效果。方法100例急性脑梗死患者,采用数字奇偶法分为联合用药组及单一用药组,每组50例。联合用药组采用丁苯酞注射液联合丹红注射液进行治疗,单一用药组采用丹红注射液进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、丙二醛(MDA)水平及Barthel指数(BI)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果联合用药组患者的治疗总有效率86.00%高于单一用药组的62.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合用药组患者的SOD(112.73±11.59)U/ml、VEGF(351.22±25.65)ng/L高于单一用药组的(85.26±11.71)U/ml、(324.83±22.76)ng/L,MDA(4.75±1.15)nmol/L低于单一用药组的(7.89±0.91)nmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合用药组患者的BI评分(66.53±8.39)分高于单一用药组的(53.51±10.26)分,NIHSS评分(5.51±1.86)分低于单一用药组的(8.65±2.15)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液联合丹红注射液可显著增强急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果,提高患者的日常生活能力,改善神经损伤程度,促进血管新生,减轻自由基反应,最终实现急性脑梗死患者的早期康复、有效预后。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of butylphthalide injection combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into combination medication group and single medication group according to odd-even number method,with 50 cases in each group.Combination medication group was treated with butylphthalide injection and Danhong injection,and single medication group was treated with Danhong injection.The therapeutic effect,superoxide dismutase(SOD),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),malondialdehyde(MDA),Barthel index(BI)score,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 86.00%of combination medication group was higher than 62.00%of single medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SOD(112.73±11.59)U/ml and VEGF(351.22±25.65)ng/L of combination medication group were higher than(85.26±11.71)U/ml and(324.83±22.76)ng/L of single medication group,and MDA(4.75±1.15)nmol/L was lower than(7.89±0.91)nmol/L of single medication group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatement,the BI score(66.53±8.39)points of combination medication group was higher than(53.51±10.26)points of single medication group,and NIHSS score(5.51±1.86)points was lower than(8.65±2.15)points of single medication group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of butylphthalide injection and Danhong injection can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve the ability of daily life,improve the degree of nerve injury,promote angiogenesis,reduce free radical reaction,and ultimately achieve early rehabilitation and effective prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
