摘要
水电大机组滑环系统过热可能导致发电机滑环系统火灾、转子接地、极间短路、发电机失磁等故障,危及机组及电网的稳定运行。为降低水电大机组滑环系统温度,从碳刷载流密度、布置形式、碳粉吸收装置现场设计、滑环环面光洁度等方面进行分析总结滑环系统过热原因。并对降低滑环系统温度的改造方案,取得成效进行论述,为未来类似问题的解决提供参考。
Overheating of slip ring system of large hydropower unit may cause fire,short circuit between rotor ground poles,loss of excitation of generator and other faults,which endangering the stable operation of unit and power grid.In order to reduce the temperature of slip ring system of large hydropower unit,the causes of overheating of slip ring system are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of current carrying density of carbon brush,arrangement form,on-site design of carbon powder absorber,and surface finish of slip ring.The retrofit scheme to reduce the temperature of slip ring system and its effect are discussed,which provides a reference for solving similar problems in the future.
