摘要
某引水工程TBM在掘进中突遇煤层,掌子面坍塌,TBM瓦斯监测报警,断电后停止掘进。通过掌子面施作瓦斯抽排孔、加强通风、超前注浆及轻质混凝土回填空腔等措施,安全通过了穿煤段,取得了较好的工程效益。
TBM of a diversion project encounters coal seam suddenly during excavation,working face collapses,TBM gas monitoring alarm,and stops excavation after power failure.By applying measures such as gas suction and drainage holes,strengthening ventilation,advanced grouting and backfilling cavity with light concrete on working face,TBM has passed through the coal crossing section safely and achieved good engineering benefits.
