摘要
校企合作是地方应用型高校工商管理专业建设的重要内容,对有效整合桂商企业和行业资源,推动地方产业转型有重要的发展意义。本文分析了目前校企合作存在技术攻关和科研创新能力不足、技术转移和成果转化能力薄弱等问题,提出了桂商企业与地方应用型高校构建实习实训课程体系、开设桂商工作坊和特色班等校企合作模式,并提出了相应的建议与对策。
School-enterprise cooperation is an important part of the construction of business management majors in local application-oriented universities.It is of great significance for the effective integration of Guangxi business and industry resources and the promotion of local industrial transformation.This paper analyzes the problems of current school-enterprise cooperation in technical research,insufficient scientific research and innovation capabilities,weak technology transfer and achievement transformation capabilities,and proposes that Guangxi enterprises and local application-oriented colleges and universities should build internship training curriculum systems,open Guangxi enterprises workshops and characteristics classes and other school-enterprise cooperation models,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
