原发性肝癌患者应用多层螺旋CT多期增强扫描对提升临床诊断精准率研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评定原发性肝癌患者采取多层螺旋CT多期增强扫描检测手段对于提高诊断精准性的意义。方法文章方便选取于2018年5月—2020年9月该院予以诊治的100例原发性肝癌患者,实施指标测定,将其中接受多层螺旋CT多期增强扫描检测的50例收入观察组,将接受多层螺旋CT常规平扫检测的50例收入参照组,分析诊断精准所得详细结果状况、对于病灶具体检出结果状况、准确检出各种类型原发性肝癌对应结果状况。结果观察组诊断精准共占比例数(96.00%)较参照组数值内容升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.155,P<0.05);观察组动脉期检出病灶数共占比例数、静脉期检出病灶数共占比例数、平衡期检出病灶数共占比例数(95.83%、93.06%、94.44%)较参照组数值内容升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.395、8.607、10.370,P<0.05);观察组弥漫型原发性肝癌准确检出状况、结节型原发性肝癌准确检出状况(94.12%、95.65%)较参照组数值内容升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.145、10.287,P<0.05)。结论为原发性肝癌患者选择多层螺旋CT多期增强扫描检测手段有助于增加其诊断精准性。 Objective To evaluate the significance of multi-slice spiral CT and multi-phase enhanced scanning for patients with primary liver cancer to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods This article conveniently selected 100 patients with primary liver cancer who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2018 to September 2020 and measured indicators.Among them,50 patients who underwent multi-slice spiral CT and multi-phase enhanced scanning were included in the observation group,50 cases that had undergone multi-slice spiral CT routine plain scan detection were included in the reference group to analyze the detailed results of accurate diagnosis,the specific detection results of the lesions,and the corresponding results of various types of primary liver cancer.Results The proportion of diagnostic accuracy in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the reference group,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=25.155,P<0.05).In the observation group,the proportion of lesions detected in arterial phase,venous phase and equilibrium phase(95.83%,93.06%,94.44%)were higher than those in the reference group.The differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.395,8.607,10.370,P<0.05).The accurate detection of diffuse liver cancer and nodular liver cancer in the observation group(94.12%,95.65%)were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=22.145,10.287,P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing multi-slice spiral CT multi-phase enhanced scanning detection methods for patients with primary liver cancer can help increase the accuracy of their diagnosis.
