摘要
历史画创作是中国现代美术表现社会、书写历史、探索宏大叙事的主要体裁。描绘党史百年的历史画是中国美术现代性特征之中最为凝重、崇高与绚丽的高光区域,它在民族精神史诗的图像建构中始终发挥着启蒙唤醒、讴歌光明、激励奋斗和追求理想的重要作用。没有哪个民族的历史画,像中国现代美术这样形象而真切地镌刻了中国共产党百年奋斗的轨迹。本文首次全面梳理了百年党史题材历史画创作的发展脉络,归纳了党史美术图像建构的三种基本创作模式,揭示了百年党史美术图像建构的思想理念转换及不同时期历史画创作的理论支撑。作者认为,历史画作为党史百年叙事的图像志也是中国美术现代性的图标,之所以能够称为图像志,就是因为进入志的图像已成为中国视觉文化现代性变革与探索的一个个里程碑。
History paintings are a major art genre in modern China to reflect the society,record the history and explore grant narratives.History paintings depicting the hundred-year history of the Party have been the most solemn,sublime and splendid highlight in the modern features of Chinese art.It has always played a role of enlightenment,praising the bright future,inspiring peoples will and pursuit in visualizing the epics of national spirits.No other form of historical paintings,except those by the Chinese nation,have inscribed the striving history of the CPC in the past one hundred years with such vivid authenticity.This article summarizes the evolution of the historical paintings on the hundred-year history of the CPC for the first time.Three fundamental models of creation in the artistic iconography of the Party's history are concluded.Shifts in the concepts of the artistic iconography of the hundred-year CPC history and the theories behind each History period are unveiled.The author believes that History paintings,as an iconography of the hundred-year history of the Party,is also an icon of the modern characteristics of Chinese art.It is referred to as an iconography as the images in discussion have become milestones along the path of reform and exploration of visual culture modernization in China.
